**What we Seek**:
- Actively reaching out to interested Driver Partners via phone calls
- Provide guidance to our Driver Partners on the onboarding process
- Build and maintain long term relationship with driver partners
- Work with the Operations team on improving driver performance
- Exceed individual and team targets & KPIs
- _Note: Remuneration will be on a hourly rated basis _
**What you'll Need**:
- Energetic, driven, passionate, proactive and attentive to details
- Ability to perform operational duties and team project responsibilities
- Ability to work efficiently with mínimal supervision in a changing environment, multitask, and is a self-starter
- Ability to focus and work independently
- Working hours - Full Shift (10am to 6pm) or Half Day Shift (9am to 1pm or 2pm to 6pm)
- Minimum 40 working hours per month
