Manage the performance of the Malaysia and Singapore third party warehouse and distribution provider including VAS activities for Ecom and B2B channels, ensuring that KPI’s are met or exceeded and that costs are maintained at or below plan expectations. Quickly identify root cause of any course deviation, develop and take actions to resolve root cause taking corrective action as needed
- Partnering with stakeholders, participate/lead third party service provider contract reviews or market evaluations as required
- Manage the integrity of on-hand inventory in Malaysia and Singapore, ensuring regular counts are completed, root causes of variance determined with actions taken to resolve the gap and ensure inventory quality is maintained at optimal levels
- Coordinate the fulfillment, reconciliation and returns of consignment inventory with Sales, including the location to location transfer of items into store locations within ERP and WMS.
- Manage reverse logistics flows, ensuring that return process is adhered to, that robust processes are in place to validate that the condition of receipts are in compliance with return policy
- Working with the planning team, provide a reliable flow of information inbound product shipments from source and destination partners to ensure the on time arrival of imported supply into Malaysia and Singapore warehouses. Work with the supply planner and freight forwarder to quickly identify root cause of any course deviation, develop and take actions to resolve root cause and take further corrective action as needed
- Manage the performance of the 3PL shipment track and trace systems, ensuring that delivery SLA’s are met or exceeded. Identify late arriving shipments and escalate until resolved
- Identify continuous improvement and productivity opportunities in all Malaysia and Singapore operational functions, and lead projects to capitalize on and deliver savings annually to SharkNinja.
- Collaborate with supply planner to ensure the elimination of SLOB’s risk by working with sales team and/or cross functionally to complete disposition actions on time
- Prepare and share regular Malaysia and Singapore Operations KPI scorecards & reporting, functional updates and presentations
- Provide timely and thorough communication of potential operational risks that may affect Malaysia or Singapore sales, develop mitigation actions and report progress to cross functional stakeholders
- Participate in any projects or cross functional teams as a value adding contributor or lead as the event requiresPartner with key cross functional stakeholders to prepare plans and contingencies to enable operational supply chain systems, processes and ways of working to expand to accommodate future growth in a managed and controlled process

**Job Requirements**
- Bachelor's degree, APICS certification or equivalent qualifications in Operations or Supply Chain Management preferred
- Minimum of five (5) years’ experience as a leader in Malaysia and Singapore operations or supply chain distribution environments
- Pro-active, action-oriented and a "make it happen" attitude
- Proven ability in partnering and influence cross functional stakeholders
- Possess strategic and hands-on experience to solve complex problems
