- Estimate and establish cost parameters and budgets for purchases
- Make professional decisions in a fast-paced environment
- Maintain records of purchases, pricing, and other important data
- Review and analyse all vendors/suppliers, supply, and price options
- Develop plans for purchasing materials, products, equipment, services, and supplies
- Preparing budgets, cost analyses, and reports
- Track and report key functional metrics to reduce expenses and improve effectiveness
- Work with team members to complete duties as needed
- Following, enforcing and improving the company's procurement policies and procedures.
- Able to Liase with IT vendors to implement the new system
- Any other ad-hoc duties assigned

Requirement
- Min. Diploma in relevant studies
- Solid knowledge and understanding of procurement processes, policies, and systems, especially in the Plumbing and Sanitary-ware industry.
- Minimum 3-5 years’ experience as a procurement officer or related position
- Proficient computer skills, including Microsoft Office Suite (Word, PowerPoint, Outlook,
- and Excel)
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to multitask, prioritise, and manage time efficiently
- Strong integrity, accurate, and precise attention to detail
- Goal-oriented, organised team player
- Ability to converse and write in English and Mandarin
- Alternate Saturday 9am to 1pm
