Purchase Procurement Specialist

• Job Description:As a Purchase Procurement Specialist, you will be responsible for managing procurement operations related to raw materials, packaging, and consumables in the agrochemical industry. Your role will involve evaluating suppliers, issuing purchase orders, monitoring stock levels, and ensuring timely and cost-effective purchasing to support the production process. The ideal candidate should possess strong vendor management skills, industry knowledge, and the ability to align procurement activities with operational needs in a fast-paced environment.Key Responsibilities:- Manage vendor relationships by evaluating suppliers based on quality, cost, and reliability.- Identify and onboard new suppliers for raw materials and packaging requirements.- Coordinate with production, R&D, and stores to ensure procurement aligns with operational needs.- Issue purchase orders, monitor timely delivery, and ensure compliance with quality standards.- Collaborate with store teams to maintain optimal inventory levels and monitor stock levels.- Ensure compliance with internal policies and regulatory standards while maintaining accurate purchase records.- Prepare procurement reports to track and analyze purchasing activities.Requirements:- Hold a Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Business Administration, or Agriculture.- Possess a minimum of 2 years of relevant experience in agrochemical procurement/purchase.- Demonstrate strong knowledge of agrochemical materials and packaging.- Proficient in MS Office and inventory systems with excellent negotiation, communication, and analytical skills.- Ability to manage multiple vendors and prioritize tasks in a high-demand environment.This is a full-time position with a day shift schedule and on-site work mode. Immediate joiners preferred. Salary ranges from 30,000 to 35,000 per month. Male candidates are preferred for this role.,
