Role Description: This position is responsible for the logistics, and order fufillment and deliveries, ensure everything is well coordinated
Specific Responsibilities:
1.The Trainee shall provide administrative support/adhoc requests to warehouse and retail staff for order fulfillment and deliveries
2.The Trainee shall coordinated with delivery drivers and ensure timely delivery of goods and receive and inspect all goods to tally against shipping documents
3.The Trainee shall perform accurate data entry of daily stock records into the system and execute orders placement with various sales channels
4.The Trainee shall be able to liase effectively with suppliers, clients and director, and be a fast worker with the ability to work independently and also cooperate with the team
3. Competencies:
1.Provide administrative support/adhoc requests to warehouse and retail staff for order fulfillment and deliveries
2.Coordinated with delivery drivers and ensure timely delivery of goods. 3.Perform accurate data entry of daily stock records into the system. 4.Must be a fast worker with the ability to work independently and also cooperate with the team
4. Duration of Traineeships: 6 months
5. Approved Training Allowance: Fresh Graduates - $2500, Non-mature Mid-career Individuals - $2600, Mature Mid-Career Individuals - $3400
6. Education Qualifications Required for the Traineeship Role Under SGUnited Traineeship:
This position is open for both recent graduates and mid-career individuals (mature and non-mature). Graduates interested in this position should possess a Degree and above Qualification. Mid-career individuals from any qualification level can apply.
