As the Global Brand Manager focuses on KOL cooperation, you will be responsible for developing and executing strategies to collaborate with KOLs on a global scale to enhance the brand image and drive engagement for BingX. You will work closely to identify, recruit, and manage KOL partnerships that align with the brand's values and objectives.

**Responsibilities**
- Strategy Development
- Develop and implement a global strategy for KOL cooperation that supports brand objectives and marketing initiatives.
- Identify target KOLs across various frameworks, regions and social media platforms based on audience demographics and brand relevance, to monitor trends, gather insights, and identify potential collaboration opportunities.
- KOL Recruitment and Management
- Identify, approach, and negotiate partnerships with KOLs, influencers, and content creators who resonate with the brand's values and target audience.
- Manage relationships with KOLs, serving as the main point of contact and fostering long-term collaborations to drive brand advocacy and engagement.
- Coordinate KOL agreements, contracts, and compensation packages in collaboration with internal teams.
- Campaign Collaboration
- Collaborate with KOLs to develop creative and authentic content that aligns with brand messaging and marketing campaigns.
- Provide guidance and support to KOLs to ensure content quality, compliance with brand guidelines, and adherence to regulatory requirements.
- Track and measure the performance of KOL collaborations, analyzing metrics such as reach, engagement, and sentiment to optimize future campaigns.
- Event Participation:

- Facilitate KOL involvement in brand events, product launches, and promotional activities, both online and offline.
- Leverage KOL presence to amplify event reach and generate buzz among target audiences, and coordinate on-site support for KOLs attending brand-related events.
- Participate in relevant industry forums, conferences, and networking events to build relationships with KOLs and industry influencers.

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications or related field.
- Minimum 3-5 years of experience in brand marketing, influencer marketing, or integrated communications in the crypto or related industry.
- Proven track record of successfully executing KOL partnerships and driving measurable results.
- Strong understanding of social media platforms, content trends, and influencer marketing best practices.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to establish mutually beneficial partnerships.
- Creative thinker with a passion for storytelling and brand building.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced, cross-functional environment.
