**Our Client**:
Our client is one of the leading Japanese manufacturing companies. They are actively looking to hire their Head of HR and GA to be assigned in their production site that is located in Woodlands.

**The Responsibilities**:

- To be responsible to overall HR and GA in this production site (around 30 headcounts)
- To be the bridge person between Singapore site and MD who is stationed in Japan
- To be responsible to manage HR and GA team and focus on employee development and succession plan
- To be responsible to liaise with GM in production side
- Other ad hoc matters in case

**The Requirements**:

- Full set HR and Admin experience at least 5 years
- Team leader or people management experience at least 2-3 years
