Our client is a Japanese Restaurant chain and is in the midst of expansion. The role of the HR & GA Executive is responsible for Handling the full spectrum of HR & GA functions, including compensation and benefits, employee relations, recruitment, performance management, training and development, general affairs administration, etc.
【What will you be working on】
- Assist in the full spectrum of HR & GA functions, including compensation and benefits, employee relations, recruitment, performance management, training and development, general affairs administration, etc.
- Verify end-month payroll, CPF submissions, IR21 & IR8A and etc., and ensure that it is processed timely and accurately.
- Onboarding of new employees, probationary reviews, evaluations and offboarding of resigned employees, etc.)
- Perform recruitment activities (advertisement, screening interview scheduling, offer, and onboarding)
- Identify areas of improvement, provide suggestions regarding HR Policies and Procedures, Compensation and Benefits, and Employee Welfare, and also assist in driving the implementation.
- Maintain accurate HR database, input and update employee’s particulars and information in HRIS system
- Support various HR projects & initiatives.
- Draft proper HR-related letters (i.e., Disciplinary, Contracts, Confirmation, Extension of Probation, Promotion, Memo &, etc.)
- Submission of insurance claims.
- Compile and prepare weekly/monthly HR metrics, payroll, and overtime reports.
- All other ad-hoc reports and duties assigned by the HR & GA Manager
- ** Requirement**:

- Minimum Diploma in HR/Business Administration
- Minimum 3 years of experience in HR (Preferably F&B/Retail industry)
- Experience in a Japanese company is highly preferable
- Good knowledge of Singapore Employment Act, IRAS, and HR best practices
- Demonstrate leadership qualities, mature, and able to work independently with limited supervision in a dynamic environment.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and use good judgment when handling sensitive issues
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel
- ** Working Hour**: 8:30AM/9AM ~ 5:30PM/6PM
