**Reports to Head of International Business**
- Responsible for managing the international business bids and tenders. Plan, drive and execute Bids and tenders. Leading the end-to-end bid process, Involve in identifying new business opportunities, developing and implementing bid strategies, and submission of proposals.
- Develope and execute bid strategies that align with the company’s goals and client requirements
- Participating in negotiation sessions
- Coordinate sales, technical, legal and finance teams to ensure all aspects of a bid are addressed
- Maintaine bid documentation, including bid files, records of communication, pricing information etc
- Conduct reviews to continuously improve the bidding process
- Tracke and provide timely updates on bid results

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor’s degree in business administration or a related field.
- Experience in the defence, international, and engineering industry domains preferred
- Proven success in winning bids through effective proposal management.
- Project management experience
