Job Title: Bid Management Specialist

Job Summary: We are seeking a skilled Bid Management Specialist to join our team. This is an exciting opportunity for a talented professional to utilize their expertise in tendering, proposal development, and contract management.

This role involves collaborating with engineers to manage workload, staffing, and resource planning. You will contribute to proposals, client presentations, and contract negotiations. Additionally, you will analyze RFPs to define scope, assess risks, and develop compliant, competitive bids.

The ideal candidate will have a degree with minimum 5 years of relevant experience. They should be proficient in cost control, scheduling, data analysis, and risk assessment. Technical knowledge of engineering, procurement, and construction (EPC) is also required.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with engineers to manage workload, staffing, and resource planning.
  • Contribute to proposals, client presentations, and contract negotiations.
  • Analyze RFPs to define scope, assess risks, and develop compliant, competitive bids.
  • Review cost estimates using historical data, engineering inputs, subcontractor quotes, and client requirements.
  • Lead tender teams, ensuring bids align with company procedures and technical standards.
  • Plan resource allocation to meet current and future project demands.
  • Engage with clients to optimize tender pricing and ensure smooth post-award handover.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Degree with minimum 5 years of relevant experience.
  • Expertise in tendering, proposal development, and contract management.
  • Proficient in cost control, scheduling, data analysis, and risk assessment.
  • Technical knowledge of engineering, procurement, and construction (EPC).
