Job Title: Bids and Proposal Specialist

Job Description:

We are seeking a highly skilled Bids and Proposal Specialist to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for managing all technical and commercial components for multi-disciplinary services bids.

  • Coordinate proposal preparation, including internal governance, pricing, and presentations.
  • Prepare compelling proposals with win themes based on a complete understanding of client needs.
  • Understand the competition and market trends and work closely with the Bid Studio on strategic pursuits.
  • Verify that all legal qualifications and risk committee directives have been included in the final bid document before submission to the client.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Diploma with a minimum of 4 years working experience in Bids & Proposals.
  • Possess strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Proficient level of English, both oral and written.
  • Highly organized, meticulous, with an eye for detail.
  • Comprehensive range of administrative skills and client support services.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills. A proactive and effective communicator who can relate well to people at all levels.
  • Ability to build constructive and effective relationships using diplomacy and tact.
  • Demonstrated ability to thrive under pressure in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
  • Advanced computer skills, particularly in Microsoft Office.
  • Familiar with e-Procurement systems (GeBIZ, Sesami, Ariba, TenderBoard, etc.).
