
Inside Sales Representitive

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Inside Sales Representative to join our team. As an Inside Sales Representative, you will be responsible for generating new business opportunities by identifying and qualifying potential customers, developing and maintaining relationships with customers, and ensuring customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities:
- Prospect and identify new sales opportunities by researching and analyzing target accounts.
- Qualify leads by understanding the customer's needs, budget, and decision-making process.
- Conduct sales presentations and product demonstrations to potential customers.
- Manage the entire sales cycle, from prospecting to closing deals and generating revenue.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing customers to ensure customer satisfaction and retention.
- Collaborate with marketing and other departments to develop and execute effective sales strategies.
- Monitor and analyze sales metrics to identify areas for improvement and implement solutions to increase sales productivity and revenue.
- Stay up to date with industry trends and technologies to effectively position Cloud Kinetics' solutions and services to potential customers.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in business administration, marketing, or a related field
- 3+ years of inside sales experience in a B2B environment
- Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets and generating revenue.
- Knowledge of sales and marketing principles, and experience using sales tools such as Salesforce, HubSpot, or similar CRM platforms
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Experience in the technology industry or cloud computing AWS, AZURE and GCP is a plus.
