You are urgently hiring for the position of Inside Sales Executive in Mumbai, specifically in Mulund West. Your team is looking to fill 01 position with a candidate who is a graduate and possesses 0-2 years of experience in inside sales, presales, or telesales. It is essential for the ideal candidate to have strong communication skills in English, both spoken and written, and knowledge of additional languages would be a bonus.Your team is seeking someone with excellent phone etiquette, active listening skills, and the ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment. The successful candidate should have a goal-oriented mindset and a proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets. Proficiency in CRM software and the Microsoft Office Suite is also required for this role.As an Inside Sales Executive, your responsibilities will include identifying and qualifying potential leads through research and networking, as well as managing inbound inquiries. You will be expected to initiate contact with prospects via phone calls, emails, and social media to introduce your services and establish a rapport. Additionally, you will need to manage and update CRM systems to accurately track leads, opportunities, and sales activities.Negotiating terms and closing deals to onboard new clients will be a key part of your role, as well as building and maintaining strong relationships with clients to ensure satisfaction and encourage repeat business. Staying informed about industry trends, competitors, and market conditions will also be crucial in adapting sales strategies accordingly.Reporting plays a significant role in this position, as you will be responsible for preparing regular sales reports and updates for management to assess performance and identify areas for improvement. This is a full-time job that requires the candidate to be based in Mulund West, Mumbai, Maharashtra.
