Position Overview:
Key Responsibilities:
Engage inbound leads and prospects with compelling value propositions, highlighting the benefits and features of AM8ZE ERP solutions.
Conduct thorough research on prospective clients to understand their business needs, challenges, and industry trends.
Develop a deep understanding of AM8ZE ERP solutions, able to articulate our value proposition confidently to potential clients.
Effectively communicate product information, pricing and available options to potential customers.
Build and maintain strong customer relationships to nurture long-term business partnerships.
Qualify leads by assessing their fit for AM8ZE ERP solutions and their potential for conversion.
Collaborate closely with Project Management team for successful project management and fulfilment.
Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of interactions, leads and sales activities in our CRM system.
Meet and exceed individual sales targets and KPIs to contribute to the company's revenue growth.
Stay up-to-date with industry trends, competitor offerings and market dynamics to effectively position AM8ZE ERP solutions.
Qualifications and Skills:
Proven experience in full-cycle sales, including inside sales or telesales roles, preferably in the technology or software industry.
Demonstrated success in consistently achieving or exceeding sales targets and quotas.
Exceptional interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport quickly and establish trust with prospects.
Strong verbal communication skills, including active listening and effective objection handling.
Highly motivated and driven by results, with a competitive spirit and a hunger for success.
Self-starter with the ability to work independently, manage time effectively and prioritise tasks.
Enthusiastic and outgoing personality with strong extroverted traits to engage and connect with potential clients.
Customer-centric mindset with a genuine desire to understand customer needs and provide tailored solutions.
Familiarity with CRM systems and sales tools is a plus.
Adept at working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment where adaptability and agility are key.
Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing or a related field is preferred.
Remuneration:
This role is incentive-based, offering attractive earning potential for successful sales outcomes. The compensation structure includes a competitive base plus performance-based incentives.
