- Own the inside sales process for a key account
- Assist in driving sales and revenue through continued inside sales effort while meeting or exceeding customer expectations.
- Be the focal point for customers to help ensure all internal departments able to ensure customer satisfaction
- Provide support to sales for commercial and/or contractual issues
- Responsible for Trade Compliance activities Provide inside sales support to the regional sales team
Duties & Responsibilities
- Prepare status and action tracker reports to senior management.
- Foster a positive, collaborative team environment that encourages creativity, innovation, and a commitment to excellence for a key account.
- Develop and implement effective strategies to increase customer satisfaction and meet or exceed sales targets.
- Monitor and analyse sales data to identify trends, adjust strategies, and make informed decisions.
- Collaborate with other internal departments to ensure a seamless customer experience and maximize sales opportunities.
- Evaluate and improve sales and services processes and procedures to ensure maximum efficiency and productivity.
- Establish relations at all levels with customers during and after the sales process
- Work as part of the sales team, which includes Field Application and Sales Manager, to ensure on time delivery goals are met, track customer orders, and advise customer on late items.
- Responsible for Contract Review to ensure all customer requirements are met; Process, prepare and follow-up on estimates.
- Ensure outstanding issues are escalated according to the process.
- Meet the Sales goals for response time on data entry of Orders and Estimates.
- Research status of orders, process expedites, reschedules, returns of material.
- Identify, qualify and assist Sales to develop sales pipeline.
- Refer qualified leads to appropriate Field Application Sales Engineer that do not meet inside sales criteria.
- Manage sales and business relationships within assigned region.
- Track all relevant sales activity using CRM system (including calls, prospect, pipeline, maccount notes, etc.)
- Work closely with Field Sales to determine a strategic approach to win business.
- Secure orders to meet or exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual revenue objectives.
- Refer requests for technical assistance to the appropriate department
- Salesforce/update and maintain
- Glovia ERP/ maintain system/enter purchase orders
- Manage the trade compliance activities as the local Trade Compliance Officer
- Coordination of Audit exercises

The Individual
- Minimum of 5 years’ Insides Sales experience, preferably in the Semiconductor Industry
- Very organized and internally driven
- Experience in MS Excel, Word and PowerPoint
- Ability to build and maintain relationships internally and externally
- Excellent listening, verbal, numerical, writing and listening skills
- Must be a team player
