Job Description:

- Responsible for report generation, using copious amounts of unruly data and transform it into a more usable format.
- Solve business-related problems using data-driven techniques.
- Stay on top of analytical techniques such as machine learning, deep learning and text analytics.
- Communicate and collaborate with both IT and business.
- Detect and understand trend by analyzing data; help business with better decision making.
- Data visualization: present data in a pictorial or graphical format so it can be easily analyzed.
- Data preparation: the process of converting raw data into another format so it can be more easily consumed.
- Text analytics: the process of examining unstructured data to glean key business insights.
- Fluent in Adobe Analytics.
- Qualifications:

- At least 7+ of relevant experience, preferably leading teams for minimum of 3+ years
- Bachelor's or Master’s degree in Data Science, Mathematics, Computer Science or Statistics.
- Strong English language proficiency
- Good knowledge of data analytics modelling techniques and statistical analysis and proficient in data analytics tools such Power BI, Azure, R, Python.
- Technical expertise regarding data models, database design development, data mining and segmentation.
- Knowledge of digital marketing platforms like Adobe Analytics, Adobe Audience, Google Analytics,
- Well-versed in the core MS Office suite programs and an advanced user of Excel including the ability to use formulas, macros, functions, and pivot tables
- Customer first mindset.
- Self-motivated, with a high sense of accountability urgency and drive.
- Strong skills in visualization, data modeling, presentation, and governance.
- Excellent communication skills both verbally and written, and experience presenting to senior leaders and executives.
- Influencing skills, ability to champion technical architecture and development needs
