Your Role
This role is essential in accelerating our Life Science supply chain transformation, from piloting optimization scenarios to enabling global rollouts of proven pilots and supporting digital initiatives like the Supply Chain Control Tower. Your engagement with cross-functional teams and global distribution networks will help create a more competitive, resilient, and future-proof end-to-end supply chain.
What You Do
Drive and support strategic digital and data analytics supply chain projects, focusing on the Asia-Pacific (APAC) region and global outreach.
Design, implement, and optimize key pilot projects, manage cross-functional teams, and ensure solutions are scalable globally.
Utilize expertise in data analytics (including AI/ML), supply chain tools, and coding (Python, Palantir Foundry) to develop solutions that enhance efficiencies across our E2E supply chain.
Lead project management and execution, ensuring timelines and stakeholder expectations are met.
Apply technical skills to solve complex supply chain challenges and develop data-driven improvements.
Collaborate with regional and global teams to align local solutions with broader strategies.
Partner with internal teams to define technical needs, improve processes, and manage change.
Provide updates to senior leadership on project progress and impact.
Who You Are
Bachelor’s or master’s degree in supply chain management, Data Analytics, Engineering, or related fields.
3-5 years of experience in Digital and Data Analytics; supply chain, operations, or manufacturing experience preferred.
Proficiency in coding (Python) and analytics; experience with Palantir Foundry or similar platforms preferred.
Knowledge of cloud platforms and scalable data architectures.
Proven success in cross-functional collaboration and delivering complex projects.
Strong problem-solving and communication skills to engage stakeholders at all levels.
