Geylang, Singapore HEART SPRINGS HOLDINGS PTE. LTD. Full time

**Roles and Responsibilities**:

- Provide administrative support to Manager and colleagues.
- Coordinate office activities and operations and to maintain office records.
- Support in bookkeeping, invoicing, and finance related matters.
- Manage inventory and procurement of organization's supplies.
- Liaise with vendors
- Answering of phone calls and any other ad hoc duties as required.

**Requirements**:

- Minimum Diploma in any field (At least 1 year working experience)
- Computer-literate, proficient in MS Office (i.e. word and excel), OneDrive, Googledrive. (Accounting software is a plus)
- Good command in both English and Mandarin as you are required to work with Chinese speaking customers/colleagues.
- Excellent time management skills and ability to multitask and prioritize work
- Attention to detail and problem-solving skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Strong organizational and planning skills
- Strong interpersonal skills (Prior experience in customer service is a plus)
- Self-motivated, independent and well-organised.

5 days’ work week | Monday - Friday | 9am - 6.15pm

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: $2,500.00 - $2,800.00 per month
