Job Responsibilities:
Assist lawyers in handling conveyancing matters efficiently
Ability to manage and process files independently;
Prepare and draft legal documents, contracts, and agreements related to conveyancing matters
Liaise with clients, and relevant authorities to ensure smooth conveyancing processes
Provide administrative support to lawyers as needed
**Requirements**:
Previous experience in legal conveyancing for at least 1 year
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Strong time management abilities
Attention to detail and a high level of accuracy
