Conveyancing Secretary

Acclaim Law is looking for an experienced Conveyancing Secretary to provide expert administrative and secretarial support to our legal team.
Position Overview:
The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing / handling the administrative lifecycle of conveyancing files, ensuring accuracy, meeting critical deadlines, and maintaining clear communication with all parties.
Core Duties:
- Handle full administrative duties for private property sales and purchases.
- Draft, review, and proofread legal documents, letters, and emails.
- Coordinate claims, searches, billing, and deadline tracking.
- Serve as a liaison for clients and third parties, addressing queries effectively.
- Perform all other assigned secretarial and administrative tasks.
Qualifications:
- Minimum of 2 years' experience in a conveyancing or legal secretarial capacity.
- Proficiency in written and spoken English, Mandarin
- Demonstrated ability to work autonomously, manage multiple tasks, and maintain meticulous records.
- Strong technical proficiency and a proactive approach to problem-solving.
Professional demeanour with excellent communication skills.
