DESIGNATION : Assistant Director, CEO Office

RESPONSIBILITIES

**Job Responsibilities and Duties**
- Key executive working on strategic projects and planning that will be executed at the regional level, which involves leveraging on resources and people through different projects
- Take ownership of work streams within the projects, lead the end-to-end process and day-to-day execution of project streams
- Organise the annual corporate event calendar
- Develop content and draft speeches and presentations for CEO
- Tracking of milestones/KPIs and facilitate information flow to CEO
- Serve as key liaison person for the Board of Director and other senior executives
- Use discretion, confidentiality, and good judgment to handle C-Suite matters.

QUALIFICATIONS

**Job Requirements**
- MBA from a top tier school
- 3 - 5 years of experience in a consulting environment (Management consulting firms / Internal consulting teams of corporates)
- Proven success in a project coordination role
- Experienced in creating models on Excel and decks on Power point
- Strong project management, time management and interpersonal skills
- Comfortable and able to work within the organization at all levels
- Ability to multi task and work on multiple projects at the same time
- Ability to work remotely with regional teams across SEA
- Demonstrate analytical skills and comfort with both qualitative and quantitative analysis
