**Budget and Site Profitability**
- In collaboration with Retail Merchandising function. develop range and assortment for each site to maximize sales and profitability.
- Work with Operation/Logistics team to manage third-party logistics partner for the delivery of e-Commerce products to consumers on time and within budget.
- Consistently look and propose new business opportunities.
**Delivery of Concept Proposition**
- Work with Global HQ to formulate long-term e-Commerce strategy and roadmap for the region for brand sites and marketplaces
- Provide leadership in the identification of specific and appropriate opportunities to grow.
- Ensures alignment to the store portfolio to give the consumer a single brand view for the mutual benefit of both stores and Ecommerce business.
- Drives the consumer experience through the sites to deliver best in class proposition including but not limited to imagery, site navigation, service proposition etc.
- Analyze and assesses the effectiveness of all existing operations and current needs based on new technology and market competition.
- Harnesses relationships with Global HQ to ensure robust site development plan in place and executed effectively and on time to deliver commercial opportunities.
**Lead and Develop High Quality Teams**
- Lead, manage and support a SEA e-Commerce organization with strong cross-functional relationships.
- Ensure that the team input and maintain all employee data and submit it on a timely basis.
- Together with the HR Manager defines, develops and manage the implementation of structured training programmes to develop functional, system and management team skills.
- Works with the HR Manager to ensure that whole Ecommerce team is performance managed to maximise productivity and develop succession planning and retention of high performing employees.
- Responsible for driving team performance including under performance, annual appraisal process, objective setting and management of grievances etc.
- Work with Finance and HR to determine annual salary reviews and rewards.
**Commercial Execution**
- Fully harness KPI’s via Ecommerce team to ensure Sales Revenue budget is met/exceeded consistently.
- Supervise and own the calendar for the sites which includes key events, holidays and commercial opportunities translated into calendar for ASICS marketing and commercial programs.
- Develop e-Commerce strategies for brand sites and marketplaces in conjunction with support of the various functional teams (Marketing, Retail Merchandising and Retail Operations) to drive traffic to the site and conversion once on the site.
- Develop e-Commerce-related SOPs and continually streamline processes for operational efficiency
- Develop e-Commerce manual and training materials
- Develop reports and analysis on the performance of the site portfolio and deliver back to the business in a collaborative manner.
- Analyse daily, weekly and periodic channel, country and store performance. Identify risks and opportunities and develop action plans
**Customer Service**
- Guide E-Commerce Executive to manage all customer enquiries to ensure fulfillment of brand/customer satisfaction.
**IT Project Management**
- Work alongside regional IT Project Specialist to monitor e-Commerce infrastructure for the region and fix issues
**Others**
- Conduct regular market research and competitive analysis and make recommendations on improvements in all aspects of the e-Commerce business
- Conduct A/B testing to optimize site operations and promotional activities
- Work closely with Legal team to ensure local compliance for running e-Commerce business for the region
- Work closely with external Fraud team by Payment Gateway providers to monitor fraud rate and prevent fraud loss
**What we are looking for**:
**Knowledge and experience**
- 7 yrs + e-Commerce experience preferably brand environment
- A strong background in operating and leading e-Commerce operations, IT systems, Merchandising and managing online marketing teams
- Leadership, managerial and thought leadership experience
- Clear commercial and P&L expertise
- Ability to establish and maintain effective relationships within a team environment.
