Job Description:
**Responsibilities**:

- Creates the online environment for consumers to associate the brand and its online portfolio with a positive experience and support conversion
- Part of the regional marketing team to plan and execute E-commerce across the region and will report to Marketing Manager (HOD)
- Networks extensively outside of the office to stay in close contact with the key industry stakeholders, constantly on the lookout for cross-marketing opportunities for online growth
- Identifying and planning new marketing strategies to increase traffic and improve customer experience
- Orchestrate the campaign leading up to a specific activation, develop research parameters to identify market awareness, brand associations and public perceptions
- Supervising the e-commerce channel across the region and guide local teams, team management and progress monitoring
- Developing schedules, timescales and execute campaigns to meet financial objectives for the online business (60% of the time)
- Manage digital communication, focusing in e-commerce platforms and corporate websites
- Manage organisation's social media platforms and review alignment of other digital marketing channels with branding strategies
- Overview brand consistency issues in collaterals across marketing platforms
- Support e-commerce locally, content management and optimization, products management, promotion calendar executions, developing SEO/ PPC strategy.
- Communicate and enforce web development and creative deadlines
- Creating frameworks that transform social media sites into highly profitable platforms
- Directing the activities of software developers, copywrites, and graphic designers to ensure careful adherence to predetermines strategies
- Prepare reports and analyse success of previous campaigns and provide insights and analyse conversion numbers
- Monitor web analytics and internal data sources, incorporate best practices analysing traffic to inform website maintenance and effectiveness of marketing strategies
- Examining sales related metrics to inform restocks and reporting on the utility of existing and novel strategies
- Track success matrics of all completed campaigns and analyse the data to repeat wins and avoid mistakes
- Manage agencies and outside vendors to ensure the success of the brand on the e-commerce platforms
- Develop budget and financial planning according to e-commerce target and campaign's planning, maintain schedules and budgets based on demand
- Manage merchandise flow in and out of warehouse, monitor monthly sell-out (per market/ per dealer) and implement re-stock monitoring, maintain stock levels and forecast based on sales target
- Devising strategies that harness sales related insights, prevailing standards and novel developments to encourage sales in the online store

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor in Marketing, Business or any related discipline
- Min 3 to 5 years experience in marketing, advertising, e-commerce in a similar trade
- Experience in SEO content writing, data analytics, customer relationship management, digital marketing, e-commerce campaign management, market profiling and research, C4C and SAP
- Able to supervise local team to execute local e-commerce campaigns
- Understanding of spreadsheets, databases, financial analysis, website design, search engine optimization and e-marketing strategy
- Understanding and experience in UX, Abode Photoshop, InDesign and Google Analytics
- Broad experience of attribution modelling, website speed optimisation, A/B testing, conversion management and sales journey optimisation
