Job Overview

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Regional E-Commerce Project Manager to drive business growth across all D2C digital channels in the APAC region.

The successful candidate will develop and implement e-commerce strategies, evaluate business performance, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive growth.

This role requires strong leadership and technical skills to manage and mentor country e-commerce and marketing professionals.

Main Responsibilities:

  • E-commerce Strategy Development : Develop and implement country-level e-commerce growth strategies aligned with regional and global strategies and business goals.
  • Digital Technology Implementation : Lead the deployment of digital technologies, including modules, extensions, and marketing automation tools on e-commerce platforms.
  • Performance Marketing : Design and develop regional digital and performance marketing framework including programmatic ads, SEO, SEM, and email marketing.

Key Skills and Qualifications:

  • 3+ years of experience in growing revenue and transactions in a environment.
  • Strong understanding of e-commerce platforms, digital marketing tools, and CRM systems.
  • Proficiency in data analytics and performance tracking tools.
  • Knowledge of web development and UX/UI principles.
