We are currently seeking for an experienced HR manager to our brand new team in Singapore. The company is an award winning E-commerce platform focused on selling bridal dresses, apparels and wedding related products and accessories. We are the No.1 ranked platform for wedding products in the US and Europe and the team is now looking to replicate our successes in APAC.
This position is responsible for the supervision and administration of all Human Resources functions including talent acquisition, employee relations, performance reviews, payroll & benefit, training & development and compliances.
**Responsibilities**
- Plan, schedule, and supervise all functions within the Human Resources Department
- Assure compliance with company policies, union contract provisions, and government regulations and laws concerning human resources matters
- Advise Director of Operations and Division Director where concerned.
- Assessing the local labor market and planning recruiting strategies.
- Setting performance reviews and KPI measures.
- Conduct employee counselling, as required
- Ensure training programs are in place to address the development need of the team.
- Coordinate the salary review plan and approve all salary actions, such as promotions, demotions, re-classifications and merit increases.
- Oversee employee benefits administrations.
**Essential Requirements**
- Minimum 7 years’ of experience in HR, with at least 3 of these as an HR manager.
- Experience managing a wide range of aspects in a human resources function (recruitment, employee/labor relations, compensation, benefits, training, communications, discipline, etc.)
- Experience in managing a departmental budget
- Experience in team management and coaching/developing employee performance
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills with all levels of an organization.
- Ability to think strategically, creatively and innovatively
- Bachelor Degree or above, ideally in an HR related major.
**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent
**Salary**: $4,000.00 - $7,000.00 per month
