**Responsibilities:
- Acquiring new business, with support of the extended team, and driving gross profits across their services to achieve new business targets
- Identifying business opportunities particularly in Singapore market as well regional opportunities
- Managing marketing material and activities to build their reputation in the industry with the goal of acquiring new business
- Developing strong relationships with new clients, partners; as well as establishing new relationships that drive long term business opportunity
- Managing sales pipeline to ensure timely and accurate forecasting and reporting

**Requirements**:
・Business Development experience in Ad agency or related industry with a great track record in securing business

・Able to speak fluent English to communicate effectively with English-speaking colleagues and clients

・Passionate about building strong relationships with clients and partners

・Lateral thinking enthusiast with the ability to solve problems and pivot when required, strong influencing skills and sharp at business negotiations

・Can do attitude and demonstration of determination and resilience to deliver targets and goals
