HR & Admin Support Executive

**Duties and Responsibilities**:
1. Experience in Info-Tech setup and administration
2. Handle day-to-day HR duties including Payroll, Onboarding, Internal/External Training arrangements, Offboarding, Government related matters, Company Insurance
3. Handle employees’ HR enquiries
5. Handle training claims e.g. WSQ SkillsFuture courses
6. Handle mandatory surveys and enquiries by MOM and relevant regulatory bodies
7. Administer staff uniforms requisite
8. Support recruitment and selection
9. Any other relevant ad-hoc duties / projects to be assigned from time to time
10. HR and Admin supporting role
**Requirements**:
- Min. Relevant Diploma in Business/HRM preferred
- MUST HAVE Experience in Info-Tech HRMS
- Min. 2 years HR generalist experience handling payroll, work passes, P-files, insurance, training claims, HRMS
- Positive working attitude, team player, able to work independently, those with experience in retail, f&b or services industry will be preferred
- Proficiency in PowerPoint, Excel & Word
- Immediate availability highly preferred
