**Responsibilities**:
Job Responsibilities:
- Assist HR Manager and Senior Executive in overall HR and Administrationfunctions to ensure the efficiencyin day-to-day operationswhich includes recruitment, compensation & benefits, payroll administration, preparation and follow up on staffs confirmation / performance appraisal, employees relations, manage P-Files, source for administration and facilities related quotationsand general office management.
- Ad-hoc HR/Admin tasks as assigned by theHRHOD
Requirement:
- At least2 Year(s) of working experience in the related field is required.
- Preferably Junior Executive specialized in Clerical/Administrative Support or equivalent.
- Experienced in retail industry will be an added advantage
- Meticulous, good interpersonal skills and resourceful.
