**Area Sales Manager**:

- You will_ be the Area Sales Manager for APAC region based in Singapore to increase the SWF partner footprint with new accounts and widen the relationship with existing accounts. Main Responsibilities
- Develop a global line of B2B sales strategy to improve the Organisation's competitive position in APAC region. The development includes well coverage of our business to new and existing B2B partners in each APAC country to enrich the footprint, ensuring to cover the full product range to each partner or at least country with the target to offer not just simple products but solutions.
- To lead, direct and control all sales functions activities to meet the Organisation's goals. Oversee the key account management responsibilities over APAC partners (technical and commercial), selling our products and services.
- Discuss terms of sales with clients. Establish targets in areas such as product mix, sales volume, market share, or business development. Contribute to regular business planning to develop a sales and strategy consistent with the group's overall goals and monitor the Organisation's performance against these goals. Ensure compliance with contractual specifications, carry high standard of integrity and ethical code of conduct and will follow the DOA of the Company.
- Direct, evaluates, coaches, and continues developing the teamwork with the internal sales support team(s). Manage the sales related activities and process through sales tools and the SAP, ensuring lead identification and market overview combined with appropriate reporting.

Job requirement
- Technical/business/commercial degree/diploma or equivalent
- Minimum 5 years' experience in a Multi-national Company (MNC) with good understanding of local/regional markets
- Regular and frequent Travel expectations to entire APAC region
- Its beneficial but not necessary to have experience in "technical sales" on selling lifting equipment (e.g. Wire-rope
