**Responsibilities**

1. Recruit top talents to the organization and assist in new employee training;
2. Research and analyze employee trends to understand ways to increase employee engagement and retention;
3. Analyze trends and metrics in partnership with the Group HR to develop solutions, programs and policies;
4. Work closely with management and employees to improve work relationships, build morale, and increase productivity and retention;
5. Assist management in conflict resolution. Identify training needs for business units and individual executive coaching needs;
6. Set standards for ethics, values and culture of company;
7. Onboard new employees and manage immigration documents, taxes and benefits packages.

**Qualifications**

1. More than 4 years of relevant work experience in human resources; Experience in AI or Fintech **B2C** companies is highly preferred;
2. Bachelor degree or above, human resources related majors are preferred;
3. A systematic knowledge system of human resource management theory, Experience in HR modules such as Recruitment, Compensation & Benefits, performance management and Employee Retention is required;
4. Have strong logical thinking ability and data analysis ability;
5. Have good oral and written expression ability, communication coordination and organization skills, serious and responsible, rigorous and upright, strong ability to resist stress;
6. Experience in working with regional teams in SEA, China and India would be an added advantage.
