Manpower Project Executive

Key Responsibilities:

- Manage all aspects of event planning, promotion and execution, including, scheduling, logistics, and team coordination. Mainly in Promoter deployment
- Lead project teams to ensure that events are delivered on time and meet or exceed client expectations.
- Inventory planning and management
- Recruitment, training, supervision, audit and appraisals of manpower
- Provision of manpower deployment schedule, admin program, progress updates, inventory daily report update, service escalation / incident report and post-mortem report on event / promotion
- Serve as the main point of contact for clients, fostering strong relationships and ensuring high levels of satisfaction.

**Requirements**:

- Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with clients, vendors, and internal teams.
- Proven problem-solving skills, with a proactive approach to identifying and addressing issues.
- Flexibility to work irregular hours and travel, as needed.
- Required to work on Weekends (Saturdays)
