Project/ Operations Executive

**Job Scope**:

- Oversee and responsible for operational and cost efficiency of project by ensuring KPI and Performance Standard are met
- Ensure project deliverables to clients are executed completely, accurately and timely through monitoring and meetings.
- Work closely with stakeholders to understand and address their concerns and direct implementation of preventive and corrective measures to improve operations efficiency and effectiveness
- Align and enhance our on-site operations to address the needs of the client
- Develop, review, and enhance internal and operational processes and procedure
- Conduct random checks on all operational records and review the adequacy of control
- Responsible for the supervision and service delivery of operations team
- Conduct performance review of operations team against their targeted performance
- Depending on project needs to be on standby/ coverage when needed

**Job Requirements**:

- At least 2 years of relevant operational experience in managing manpower project or client management
- Knowledge of Employment Act and government compliance regulations is an advantage
- Strong interpersonal, communication, customer service and account management skills
- Possess diplomacy and tact in managing people/ issues and difficult situations
- Able to work well in a fluid and dynamic environment and manage time effectively
- Travel to projects sites to monitor when needed
- Proficient in MS office
