**Role**

The Relationship Executive is responsible for the management of a seamless production workflow between THE CLIENT studio and our agency partners. He/She is required to coordinate work/projects of different levels and scale with multiple departments as well as external vendors/partners.

The Relationship Executive is responsible for assessing, planning, scoping, scheduling as well as the overall output quality of delivery. He/She is directly responsible for the on-time, and on-budget delivery of the projects. The role is an entry level position and fresh graduates are welcomed.

**Responsibilities**
- Take full ownership of project lifecycle: Plan, scope, execute and monitor the project whilst considering the constraints of scope, cost, time and quality.
- Assist manager to manage project budgets to ensure profitability and financial success.
- Manage project timelines and delivery of project milestones.
- Manage any change requests in any specifications required during the project delivery phase.
- Coordinate with the relevant departments within the agency (sometimes external vendors) to distribute brief and delegate tasks according project briefs.
- Resource planning and scheduling.
- Draft quotations including some administrative work such as generating cost estimates following the company’s finance process.
- Assist manager to maintain and enhance relationships with agency partners as well as vendors / suppliers.
- Ensure the quality of work produced meets agency standards and the clients’ needs
