Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Client Manager who can drive clients' success by delivering tailored AI advertising solutions.

  • Manage a portfolio of clients, ensuring timely delivery of advertising projects and meeting client expectations.
  • Develop and implement tailored AI advertising solutions that meet clients' business goals and advertising needs.
  • Coordinate the execution of advertising projects, ensuring they are delivered within budget and meet client expectations.
  • Monitor and analyze the performance of advertising campaigns, providing regular reports to clients and recommending optimizations based on data insights.
  • Identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling our AI technology and advertising solutions to existing clients.
Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Experience: Minimum of 3 years of experience in the advertising industry or with TikTok platform operations.
  • Language Skills: Fluent in both English and Chinese, with the ability to use them as working languages for communication with clients and internal teams.
  • Communication Skills: Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Organizational Skills: Strong organizational and project management abilities, with the capacity to handle multiple clients and projects simultaneously.
  • Industry Knowledge: Familiarity with advertising concepts, processes, and metrics.
