Job Overview

As a key member of our Ads team, you will be responsible for providing tailored support and media services to customers across our entire Ad products stack. This includes helping customers maximize the value of our Ad and Publisher products, as well as guiding them through interactions and setting up ad campaigns.

Solutions Offered

Our comprehensive suite of services ranges from enabling better self-help and in-product support, to providing expert guidance on account setup and ad campaign implementation. We also offer customized media solutions that cater to the unique business and marketing needs of our customers.

Key Responsibilities
  • Collaborate with business teams and customers to identify priorities and objectives, and develop targeted technical solutions to meet their Google advertising ecosystem needs.
  • Engage in executive-level customer interactions to uncover challenges and opportunities, and apply expertise of Google advertising products to solve customer marketing objectives.
  • Develop and maintain deep knowledge of Google Advertising Products, customer infrastructure, and gTech Ads solutions offerings to consult on or architect technical and Media solutions that meet customer needs.

We are seeking an experienced professional who can lead client meetings to explore opportunities for Technical and Media engagements, and drive executive-level customer interactions to discover problems and develop solutions.

Requirements

To succeed in this role, you will need excellent communication and consultative skills, as well as the ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional internal and external teams. You should possess a strong understanding of the Google Advertising Products and customer infrastructure, and be able to leverage this expertise to develop effective technical solutions.
