Roles & Responsibilities

**Responsibilities**:

- Work with senior management to plan, execute and deliver sales and marketing strategy for China and Taiwan
- Focus on developing business opportunities with Chinese and Taiwanese small to medium size financial institutions, via offering our content and online marketing capabilities
- Manage and service clients’ day-to-day project briefs and requirements, at the same time, work with content development team on clients’ deliverables
- Responsible for his business segment performance and meet the pre-set sales KPI
- Monthly reporting of KPI, results and follow ups on sales of our services to the business segment and country
- Organise his travel and meeting schedules with existing and potential clients
- Responsible for both revenue and cost of his own business segment
- Hire, train, deploy and manage up a team of sales executives
- Handle post sales administration including invoicing, working with finance team on details of contracts
- At least 4 to 5 years of sales-related experience to Chinese domestic financial institutions including but not limited to Banks, Brokerages, Liquidity providers, referring agents in China
- Bachelor degree or Polytechnic graduates with relevant experience
- Experience in online marketing in China and selling to Chinese companies is essential
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in Mandarin
- Able to speak and write a third language (Korean or Japanese) will be an added advantage
- Familiarity with how the Chinese and Taiwanese markets work is a must
- Able to work independently and with other colleagues in content development and design
- Ability to work independently and be self-motivated to achieve sales target
- Good attention to detail and able to travel frequently and on an ad-hoc basis
- Ability to work with senior management and company consultants in business development
