Titans Private Wealth is expanding our wealth management team and we are searching for experienced and driven professionals with a passion for the wealth management industry to join us as a Director of Sales, Financial Services.
Role Description
As a Director of Sales with Titans Private Wealth, you will partner clients in securing their financial future in a range of areas, including but not limited to:
- Wealth creation, enhancement and preservation
- Risk and cashflow management
- Personal finance and risk management
- Estate and legacy planning
Key Responsibilities
1. Drive Client Acquisition and Foster Long-term Relationships
- Proactively prospect and acquire new clients while nurturing lasting relationships
- Actively strengthen and deepen relationships with existing clients both onshore & offshore to build a strong foundation for sustained customer growth
2. Provide Personalised Financial Guidance
- Deliver regular market updates to clients and gain a deep understanding of their financial goals to offer tailored wealth management solutions
- Offer customised financial planning and advisory services aligned to each client's unique financial needs and investment preferences
3. Expertise in Wealth Management and Ensure Compliance
- Proficient in advising clients on a wide range of investment and insurance products and services through a network of investment platforms and insurance providers
- Keep up-to-date with the latest financial products and services, ensuring that you are well-versed in industry developments
- Ensure strict adherence to KYC/AML and other compliance requirements
Your expertise in these areas will be crucial in helping clients make informed decisions that will shape their financial future.
Requirements
To excel in this role, you should possess the following qualifications and skills:
- Minimum 2 years of work experience in the banking or insurance industry, with proven track- record of managing client portfolios and consistent sales performance
- Recognised Polytechnic Diploma or University Degree in any field
- Results- oriented and numbers driven with a strong sense of focus to consistently meet and exceed sales quotas and revenue targets
- Sound knowledge of wealth management products and services, including but not limited to structured products, bonds, unit trusts and HNW insurance products
- Outgoing disposition, demonstrate excellent interpersonal skills and have the ability to cultivate and maintain strong relationships
