**ABOUT THE TEAM**

The Growth team is the engine that (as you would expect) drives Revolut’s growth across the globe. We focus on community-driven and marketing-driven approaches to ensure our product is the preferred choice of the majority of people living in a target country or region.

The Growth department is constantly innovating and trying new ways to grow Revolut faster and more effectively. Each area of the team works like special forces: from acquisition to engagement, they own their markets, are passionate about Revolut, and use their know-how to grow the brand and our user base at breakneck speed.

**ABOUT THE ROLE**

**What you’ll be doing**
- Working with Revolut’s APAC GM and other countries’ Growth teams to identify and implement best-in-class growth strategies - Providing strategic leadership as a member of the Singapore management team, with a whole-of-business perspective, proactive approach to growing our business and a consistently positive and growth oriented mindset
- Driving and monitoring the growth performance of Singapore
- Leading the Growth team in Singapore, as we expand the range of products and scale our business
- Helping our Growth team negotiate key partnerships and vendor contracts locally and regionally, as necessary
- Working closely with Product Owners of Business & Retail to improve internal growth methods, tools and results (ie scaling our business)
- Work closely with Operations teams to conceive, fund and execute campaigns which lead directly to meaningful growth in customers and revenue

**What you'll need**:

- 8-10 years of experience in growth / marketing, preferably including experience at a high-growth scale-up / fintech
- In-depth knowledge of consumer marketing in Singapore, covering ATL, BTL, PR, partnerships
- Advanced analytical skills and a track record of taking data-informed decisions in any situation
- , including deep knowledge of growth drivers
- Excellent academic credentials and demonstrable expansion in responsibilities and impact in your career to date
- Experience in building and leading teams, with willingness to invest in the development of your team members and to enable them to deliver on their KPIs
- Stellar relationship building skills and the ability to make smart partnerships happen, from facilitating negotiation to enabling their execution
- Excellent organisational skills and an ability to manage multiple projects at once, making sure you meet the quality, resource and time constraints
- Enthusiasm and drive for delivering results
- A strong interest in Revolut’s mission / Fintech in general
