Queenstown, Singapore St Andrew's Nursing Home (Aljunied) Full time

Responsible for the full spectrum of Payroll Administration.
- Support in conducting salary and benefits surveys, compensation payouts.
- Arranging interviews and onboarding processing and exit processing (IRAS, arranging of exit interviews).
- Conducting orientation.
- Ensure timely and accurate submission of government claim e.g. NS make up pay, government paid maternity leave, childcare leave etc.
- Maintain and keep good records or payroll documents and staff personal files for internal and external annual audit.
- Keeping track of vaccinations required for employees.
- Assist in staff monthly birthday gifts.
- Handle all dormitory matters, such as cleanliness and tidiness of each room, to ensue stay-in staff complies with house rules, manage grievance matters.
- Arrangement of weekly Staff Meal Order.
- Undertake any other duties as assigned by Head of Department.
- Diploma in Human Resource Management.
- Minimum of 2 years of related working experience.
- Able to work independently and perform multi-tasking job.
- Able to communicate well within HR team and with employees.
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Word and PowerPoint.
- We are a service under the St Andrew's Mission Hospital._

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: $1,879.47 - $4,762.69 per month

**Benefits**:
