**Human Resource & Admin**
- Collaborate with department heads to understand staffing needs and create comprehensive job descriptions.
- Conduct interviews, check references, and make recommendations for final hiring decisions.
- Develop, update, and communicate company policies and procedures to all employees.
- Ensure compliance with employment laws and regulations at all times.
- Oversee payroll processing, ensuring accuracy and timeliness of employee compensation.
- Manage payroll records, including deductions, benefits, and bonuses.
- Act as the first point of contact for employees experiencing work-related concerns or conflicts.
- Facilitate communication, offer guidance, and work towards resolving staff issues in a fair and equitable manner.
- Promote a harmonious and inclusive work environment through effective issue resolution.
- To responsible for the administrative functions including order handling, shipments, deliveries, inventory control, payment collection, customer service, maintain other filing systems and generating of related documents.
- Attend to Internal & External Audits Queries
- Preparation of quotation and ensure that submission will be on a timely basis.
- Organizing, coordinating, producing and maintaining the correspondence, reports and independently and to ensure accuracy and confidentiality.
- To support the department personnel e.g. monthly schedule appointment and etc. as when needed.
- Responsible for taking and preparing minutes for all relevant meetings.
- Provide secretarial and administration support to any/all Department as and when required

Qualification / Experience Requirement:

- Strong understanding of Singapore labour laws and regulations is essential.
- A diploma in Human Resources, Business Law, or a related field is preferred.
- A minimum of 2 years of relevant experience is required.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English, additional language as bonus.
- Strong interpersonal skills to effectively communicate with employees, management, and external stakeholders.
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with a track record of effectively resolving HR-related issues.
