**About Department and Purpose of the Position**

Mainly support the Allied Health HR team in the review and implementation of human resource plans and programmes in support of NUH’s goal to be the 'Employer of Choice’ where talents are attracted to NUH and employees are committed to and proud to belong to the organization. Human Resource plans and programmes cover broadly 6 thrusts:
a) Attract & Induct Talents
b) Recognise & Reward Employees
c) Train & Develop Employees
d) Engage, Communicate & Involve Employees
e) Care for the Well-Being of Employees
f) Provide Excellent & Pro-active Service to Departments / Employees
Work in close collaboration and partnership with line departments and employees in achieving the short-term and long-term goals and objectives of NUH and HR.

**Key Responsibilities**

AHP - Duties (80%) include:

- Administer and execute HR supporting functions and processes under his / her charge in the following areas:

- recruitment activities (e.g schedule interviews);
- onboarding activities (e.g arrange pre-employment medical screening, trigger primary source verification, create employee records for uniform)
- offboarding activities (e.g letters generation); and
- scholarship admin support (e.g raise e-payment for stipends)
- Involve in scholarship and outreach activities such as participate in recruitment drives, develop outreach materials and collaterals for career fair, and support in engagement activities with scholars.
- Provide support in awards management for AHP awards
- Any other duties as assigned by the Head of Unit.

Medical Affairs - Duties (20%) include:

- Administer and execute HR supporting functions for the recruitment, back-end registration and offboarding of Clinical Fellows; and
- Support in the awards management for clinician awards.
- Any other duties as assigned by the Head of Unit.
