**Job Description**:
Individual to be involved in:
1. Provide guidance and training to enhance the skills and knowledge of sales staff.
2. Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with clients to understand their needs and ensure satisfaction.
3. Design and implement effective sales strategies to achieve targets and expand the client base.
4. Analyze industry trends and competitor activities to inform sales tactics and positioning.
5. Collaborate with design teams and contractors to ensure smooth project execution and client communication.
6. Track sales metrics and provide regular reports to assess team performance and identify areas for improvement.

Job Requirements

1. Familiarity with customer relationship management tools to track leads, manage client interactions, and analyze sales data.
2. Ability to analyze sales metrics and market trends to inform strategies and optimize performance.
3. Competence in project management software and techniques to coordinate project timelines and resources effectively.
4. Understanding of design principles, materials, and renovation processes to provide informed recommendations to clients.
5. Strong verbal and written communication skills for effective client interaction and team collaboration.
6. Proficiency in negotiation tactics to secure deals and maintain positive client relationships.
