**Position Overview**

The Presales Consultant is a pivotal role in our sales and solutions team, working closely with potential clients to identify their requirements, and proposing tailored digital solutions that address their unique business needs.

**Key Responsibilities**

1. Client Requirement Analysis:
a. Meet with potential clients to gather their business requirements and understand their pain points.

b. Analyse and diagnose existing processes to identify areas of improvement and optimization.

2. Solution Demonstration:
a. Present tailored demonstrations of Weaver platform and solutions to potential clients based on their specific requirements.

b. Highlight the features and benefits of the proposed weaver solution in line with the client's strategic objectives.

3. Proposal Development:
a. Collaborate with the sales and technical teams to create detailed solution proposals.

b. Ensure all client requirements are addressed and the proposed solution is in line with best practices.

4. Maintain Product Knowledge:
a. Stay updated with the latest BPM/ERP/Collaboration product, technologies, and methodologies.

b. Undergo regular training and certification, as required by Weaver HQ

5. Client Relationship Management:
a. Build and maintain strong relationships with clients throughout the sales process.

b. Address client concerns and queries promptly and professionally.

6. Feedback and Collaboration:
a. Provide feedback to product development and technical teams based on client interactions.

b. Collaborate with various internal departments to ensure a seamless end-to-end client experience.

7. Documentation:
a. Maintain accurate records of client interactions, requirements, proposals, and feedback.

b. Document best practices and case studies to support sales and marketing efforts.

8. Market Intelligence:
a. Monitor competitors and stay informed about market trends.

b. Provide input to the sales and marketing teams on competitive positioning and market differentiation.

**Qualifications**

1. Bachelor’s Degree in Business, IT, or a related field.

2. Proven experience in a presales, consulting, or similar role within the domain.

3. In-depth knowledge of BPM/ERP/RPA and methodologies.

4. Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

5. Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.

6. Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively in a team environment.

7. Proficient in using Microsoft Office Suite, CRM tools, and BPM software.

8. Flexibility to travel as per business needs.

**Salary**: From $3,500.00 per month
