**The Job**:
We are seeking a passionate and experienced individual to perform the day-to-day activities within the Merchant Success function under Digital Platforms to define and drive initiatives that support CapitaLand Retail & Workspace business. You will develop strong (one-to-one and one-to-many) relationships with merchants and help them succeed and grow their business within the CapitaLand retail and workspace community.

The incumbent will join a dynamic team in a fast-paced, rapidly changing environment, and contribute towards new concepts in the retail, workspace and rewards space. The ability to understand both business and technical aspects, and proven execution skills are important aspects of the role, along with exceptional communication skills. The role is suitable for someone who is self-motivated, passionate about continuous improvement, has perseverance in solving problems, and with strong analytical skills.

**Responsibilities**:

- **Drive success for the programmes** - Setting and tracking of clear KPIs to drive the growth of CapitaVoucher programme and to manage all expenses within the set budget.
- **Achieve operational objectives** - Responsible for the end-to-end operations and to continuously improve/streamline work processes to drive cost optimization and operational efficiency of the CapitaVoucher programme. To upkeep Standard Operating Procedures (SOP) and to ensure it is strictly adhered to by all relevant teams.
- **Merchants’ support and management** - Establish close relationship with merchants by understanding their business and assisting them in the day-to-day operational queries.
- **Vendor management** - Management of multiple vendors and to support end-to-end vendor relationship, from contract negotiations to working closely with vendors to meet operational service levels and to provide resolutions to systems or operations issues.
- **Cross functions and departments collaboration** - Working closely and coordinating among the different functions and departments to ensure all the respective merchants’ needs and company’s goals are met.

**Requirements**:

- Degree in Operations or related field with at least 3 years of relevant work experience
- Related experience in vendor management or process improvements will be an added advantage
- Possess strong problem-solving, communication (verbal and written), and influencing/negotiation skills
- Possess good analytics skills for data mining and reporting
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint
- Excellent team player, willing to learn and able to contribute to an entrepreneurial and dynamic team culture
- Customer service oriented
- Able to multi-task and prioritise operational issues to resolve when under pressure, while maintaining attention to detail
- Digitally savvy with a knack for understanding how things work
