**Responsibilities:
- Carry out procurement process including,

Ø Process spare requisitions

Ø Send to our vendor / suppliers’ inquiry

Ø Comply with current vendor approval flow process

Ø Make our quotation

Ø Send quotation to our client,

Ø Send purchase order including delivery instructions and delivery order acknowledgement.

Ø Prepare and process purchase orders and documents in accordance with company policies, procedures and specifications

Ø Monitor and coordinate deliveries of all items purchased to ensure that all items and delivered to site on time

Ø Filling and control all purchase files

Ø Maintain complete updated purchasing records/ data and pricing in the system

Ø Manage requestor’s requirements to ensure operational need such as goods and service supply, track orders for timely delivery and quality of purchased products
- Carry out liaising with suppliers and vendors including

Ø Locate suppliers / vendors locally and internationally

Ø Negotiate prices & order follow up with suppliers / vendors

Ø Source, select and negotiate for the best purchase package in terms of quality, prices, terms, deliveries, and services with vendors/ suppliers
- Carry out store management including

Ø Monitor stock balance

Ø Carry out receiving of incoming stocks in accordance with current Spare Receiving /Batching Flow Process

Ø Package items and label correctly

Ø Sort, organize and store inventory in the proper location

Ø Issue spares from store in accordance with current Spare Issuance Flow Process

Ø Maintain store records in books and system

Ø Carry out quarterly stock check of bonded store

Ø Provide monthly report on quarantine store status

Ø Ensure cleanliness and orderly storage

Ø Report damaged or missing inventory to supervisors

Ø Assist with the shipping of core parts/tools/spares
- Monitor and maintain TMDE and Special Tooling including

Ø Maintain TMDE vendor list

Ø Send monthly TMDE items for calibration before due date

Ø Ensure prompt return of TMDE items after calibration

Ø Comply with current TMDE flow process

Ø Manage loan tools process to other companies
- Carry out other duties including,

Ø Liaising and verifying with accounts department regarding invoices and price.

Ø Customer relationship management

Ø Interact closely with suppliers and Engineer to resolve quality issues.

Ø Update logs and documentation for inventory processing

Ø Work as an active team member to complete team goals

Ø Prepare documentation and inventory for audits

Ø Assist with administration work

**Requirements**:

- Proven experience working in a similar role and in an aviation or Logistic environment is desired
- Ability to work with mínimal supervision
- Organizational abilities
- Interpersonal and communication skills
- Problem-solving attitude
- Must be detailed orientated and willing to learn
- Possess strong ethics including honesty, integrity, and trustworthiness
