**Responsibilities**:
1. To handle sourcing the quotation, negotiate the pricing with suppliers to maximize the benefits for the Company.

2. You will source and purchase goods such as Consumables, Engineering related products or Goods & Services and meet company's requirements.

3. To follow up on the quotation inquiries.

4. To issue Purchase Order on time to meet deadlines of project requirements.

5. To follow-up goods deliveries.

6. To liaise with Inventory, warehouse, and Order Processing departments to ensure smooth internal logistic arrangement.

7. To handle logistic tasks.

8. To check goods received documentation for the correctness of items purchased in terms of quantity and value.

9. Responsible for processing a Purchase Requisition Form from other internal departments including the Order Processing Department.

10.Ensure the smooth movement of goods during the receiving stage, transferring, and storing.

11.Co-ordinate monthly cycle count and year-end stock take.

12.Replenish stock control and purchases to ensure sufficient stock are available according to the customer order.

13.Responsible for ensuring accurate data entry of goods received delivery order, and adjustment of stock in ERP system.

14.Responsible for the overall warehouse functions including documentation, warehouse facilities, equipment, and housekeeping.

15.To perform any task deemed necessary by the Management for the efficient running of the operation of the Company.

16.You will draft contract documents detailing in full contractors' responsibilities and liabilities, while safeguarding company's interests.

17.To communicate effectively with user departments to understand their requirement

18.To negotiate with contractors to ensure goods and services obtained are at the best price.

19. Ad-hoc duties as necessary required by Supervisor.

**Requirements**:

- Minimum Diploma in Procurement / Logistics/ Marine / Engineering or equivalent certifications
- Preferred 3 years of relevant working experience in a similar capacity preferably in the Marine/Engineering industry
- Excellent communications and negotiation skills
- Computer literate and competent in Microsoft office.
- Excellent verbal communication and written in English.
- Independent, pro-active, results-oriented, and possess good interpersonal and negotiation skills.
