As a programme counsellor in the B2C team, you will be responsible to manage all programme inquirers for the Public and SME sales hotline, manage inbound digital leads conversion, as well as proactively seek out cross-sell and up-sell opportunities to our existing students, alumnus, partner network, and learner’s communities.

Reporting to the Head of Lifelong Learning Solution and supported by the operation teams, you will be the virtual ambassador to create first positive impression, provide professional advisory on programme till course enrolment.

To succeed, you should be a self-motivated individual driven by number and skilful in building meaningful relationship.

Key Responsibilities:
- Manage incoming inquiries as well as follow-up on leads from Sales and Marketing campaigns,- Initiate leads acquisition program and participate with Sales and Marketing teams,- Build opportunity funnel, self-prospecting, tracking, and reporting,- Provide proactive feedback and recommendations on programme and process improvements,- Work with Schools and Partners to achieve student progression number and revenue targets.

**Requirements**:
- Experience is selling professional services, products, or training programmes,- Excellent phone etiquette, telemarketing and communication skills,- Proven track record in exceeding telesales targets,- Excellent track record in converting sales and marketing leads,- High proficiency in MS Word, Excel, Powerpoint, Calendar management, and CRM.

Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience in self-prospecting, database marketing, and cold calling,- Hunter mentality with ‘can-do’ attitude and conscientious lead followup,- Meticulous with strong organization and reporting skills,- Self-motivated, positive and results driven,- Experience working in a dynamic and fast-paced environments.
