We are seeking a qualified Avaya Voice Engineer in the unified communications field.

**BAU Operations Task**
- Fulfill End User MACD Request within Committed Timeline
- Performs analysis and diagnosis of Complex Voice Networking problems.
- Vendor Management
- Reginal DR Exercise
- Change Implementation
- Incident Management
- End User Enquiry
- Vulnerability Management
- Documentation Upkeep

**Project Task**
- Manage and Deliver Project on time
- Timely Project Status report
- Detail Project Documentation
- Change Management

**Resource Requirement**
- At least 5 years’ Experience with Avaya Unified Comms
- Knowledge with following Avaya component
- Communication Manager
- System Manager
- Session Manager
- IX Messaging
- Avaya Aura Device Services
- Session Boarder Controller
- Element Management System
- Avaya Media Server
- Application Enablement Service
- G450
- Avaya Contact Recorder Advance
- Work Force Optimization
- Call Management System
- IX Workplace
- Experience in complex project involving the above list component
- Experience in BAU Operation
- Ability to grasp complex design concepts quickly and understand
- Client-facing skills to include cross-functional influence, external and internal consulting/partnering
- Ability to translate technical issues into understandable business language for end users
- Generate standard project documentation including Low level design, Network Diagrams, WLIs, etc.
- Ability to troubleshoot implementation problems
