About the Role: We are seeking a skilled Telecommunications Infrastructure Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for designing, developing, executing, maintaining, and troubleshooting unified communication/telecommunication hardware and software.

Main Responsibilities:

  • ">
  • Contribute to the development and implementation of unified communications/telecommunication solutions and enhancements.">
  • Analyze and recommend solutions, upgrades, and services for streamlining and process improvements.">
  • Support multiple locations worldwide, including international travel as required.">
  • Implement, support, and test system patching, hardening, hardware/software upgrades, system updates, and break/fix activities on unified communications/telecommunications equipment.">
  • Interact with internal and external customer groups to perform necessary unified communications/telecommunications configuration, MACDs or repairs.">
  • Support hardware/software maintenance to include troubleshooting, installation, and upgrades for workstations and servers.">
  • Solve unified communications/telecommunications issues, working collaboratively with other infrastructure teams and vendors to troubleshoot issues.">

Requirements:

  • Degree in Computer Science or related field preferred, or equivalent combination of education, training, and experience providing the requisite knowledge, skills, and abilities for the role.">
  • Cisco training is highly valued.">
  • In-depth knowledge of unified communications/telecommunications operations, hardware, software, systems, and management is essential.">
  • A minimum of 5 years of experience in unified communications/telecommunications is required.">
