Telecommunications Support Specialist

About the Role:
This role requires a skilled telecommunications professional to provide technical support and troubleshooting services for various telecommunication systems, including voice and data peripherals, network switches, and VoIP/Cloud PABX.
Key Responsibilities:
- Configure and manage voice/network peripherals, VoIP/Cloud PABX, and network switches
- Offer helpdesk and remote support to customers, as well as onsite technical troubleshooting
- Validate system design documents to ensure alignment with customer requirements
- Establish and maintain strong relationships with customers through proactive approach and positive attitude
- Continuously update product knowledge in line with industry trends
Requirements:
- At least ITE with minimum 1 year of related working experience
- Experience in deploying and managing Voice/Data projects, supporting VoIP telecommunication systems, network switches, and troubleshooting LAN/VoIP systems is an advantage
- Good knowledge in IT and communication systems/PABX is required
- Alcatel, Mitel, and Yeastar PABX knowledge will be an added advantage
